I'm going to do a little bit of snooping on there domain but as it stands, if it is a advert, theres going to be very little that I can do as even the domain sounds like its in a different language.

I believe the language is turkish, Inviting you to a forum or chat site in rusher .I really hate when random people like that ad me. I don't even add emails I don't recognise anymore because of people like that.
